Metal assembly

Metal
welding

MIG, MAG, TIG (WIG) and laser welding for structures, housings and components in steel, stainless steel and aluminium: strong joints with a controlled appearance and repeatable results across series.

We work from your documentation, reviewing the assembly sequence and thermal distortion before production starts.

Processes and materials

The right process for every joint

We choose the process according to material, thickness and joint requirements: MAG for steel and series production, MIG for aluminium, TIG (WIG) wherever the appearance of the weld bead matters.

Steel Recommended process MAG
Stainless steel Recommended process TIG / WIG
Aluminium Recommended process MIG or TIG
Build-to-print

Assembly made to your documentation

We work from your assembly drawings and project specifications to produce every sub-assembly to the dimensions, tolerances and quality requirements you set.

We review the sequence of assembly operations, the risk of thermal distortion and the appearance requirements for each joint, so the finished result matches your project specifications.

We can use parts cut and bent in our own production, or receive components ready prepared from you, for assembly and welding.

Applications

From simple sub-assemblies to complex structures

Welding is used to build and assemble a wide range of metal components across many industrial sectors.

Structures and frames

Welded frames and structures for industrial equipment, machinery and technical assemblies.

Tanks and containers

Tanks, open basins and transport containers in steel or stainless steel, for non-pressurised applications.

Welded housings

Housings for equipment, electrical cabinets and technical apparatus, produced by welding and bending.

Supports and brackets

Fastening elements, supports for installations and welded brackets for mounting equipment.

Connectors and fittings

Joints for piping systems, welded flanges and connectors in steel and stainless steel.

OEM sub-assemblies

Welded components manufactured to the customer's documentation and built into products sold under their own brand.

10 welding stations

Ten stations equipped for MIG, MAG, TIG (WIG) and laser welding. This capacity allows work on several sub-assemblies at once, or several welders on the same structure.

Robotic welding system

For repetitive batches: the same path, the same parameters and the same heat input on every part. Differences between the first and last part of a series stay minimal.

Consistent parameters throughout the series Suited to sub-assemblies with fixed geometry and high volumes
