Bringing cutting, forming, welding and finishing together reduces hand-offs between suppliers, simplifies project management and gives you tighter control over lead times and quality.
Sheet metal laser cutting
Fibre laser cutting of flat sheet, with high precision and repeatability across large series. Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper in a range of thicknesses, with complex contours and fine cut-outs straight from your CAD file.
Tube and profile laser cutting
Laser cutting of round, square and rectangular tubes, as well as H, I and U profiles. Accurate preparation for welding or assembly, ready for the next step straight off the machine.
CNC press brake bending
Precision CNC bending of flat sheet. Complex geometries, repeatable angles and tight tolerances on both small and large series.
Manual and robotic welding
MIG, MAG, TIG (WIG) and laser welding across 10 manual stations, plus a robotic welding arm for large series and repetitive geometries. Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Grinding and surface preparation
Mechanical finishing to remove oxides, burrs and machining marks. Surfaces prepared for coating, or delivered with the finish set out in your specification.
Electrostatic powder coating
A durable, uniform, corrosion-resistant finish. White, black and grey as standard, with other colours on request. Parts up to 3 × 2 × 1.2 m, minimum order 10 m².
