Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

The website metalicform.eu is operated by Graphtec Design SRL, registered office at Bd. Aurel Vlaicu 125, Constanța, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J13/1209/1998, tax ID (CUI) 10440165 (hereinafter “MetalicForm”, “we”). You can write to us at office@metalicform.eu.

These terms apply to the use of the site and to quote requests sent through it. By using the site, you accept these terms.

2. What the site is and is not

The site presents our custom metal manufacturing services and lets you send us a quote request. No products are sold and no contracts are concluded through the site. Orders are agreed separately, based on our quote and your confirmation, as described in section 5.

Our services are intended for companies and other professionals (legal entities, sole traders and other entities acting for the purposes of their business).

3. Information on the site

Descriptions of services, machines, materials, maximum dimensions and thicknesses, as well as photos and project examples, are for information only. They are not a firm offer. What we can make for a specific project, at what price and within what lead time, is established only after reviewing your documentation, in the quote we send you.

We strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we may change it at any time without prior notice.

4. Quote requests

You can send us a request through the form on the contact page or by email. For an accurate quote we usually need: the technical drawing, material and thickness, quantity, and any requirements regarding tolerances, finishing or lead time.

  • Files accepted through the form: .dwg and .pdf, up to 10 MB. For other formats or larger files, you can send us a download link.
  • Minimum quantities: some services have a minimum order, shown on the page of the respective service (for example, electrostatic powder coating in standard colours). For special colours or finishes, prices and minimums may differ.
  • Sending a request does not commit you to anything and does not oblige us to accept the project. We may decline requests that do not match our production capabilities.
  • Our quote is valid for the period and under the conditions stated in it.

5. Orders and contracts

An order is considered accepted only after written confirmation by both parties: our quote accepted by you, or a signed contract. Production starts after the final technical details are approved.

Price, lead time, payment and delivery terms, tolerances, acceptance and warranty are those set out in the accepted quote, the order confirmation or the contract. If those documents differ from what the site says, the order documents prevail.

6. Technical documentation you send us

Confidentiality. We treat the drawings, specifications and commercial information we receive as confidential information. We use them only to assess the project, prepare a quote and, if it becomes an order, for production. On request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you send the documentation.

Rights to the documentation. The documentation remains your property or that of the rights holder. By sending it, you confirm that you are entitled to use it and to send it to us for quoting and production, and that manufacturing the parts according to it does not infringe the rights of others (for example patents, industrial designs or copyright).

Accuracy of the documentation. We manufacture according to the documentation you approve. The accuracy of drawings, dimensions and specifications, and the suitability of the parts for their final use, remain your responsibility. If we notice inconsistencies or opportunities to optimise the design for manufacturing, we will point them out, but the final decision is yours.

7. Intellectual property in the site

The texts, photos, videos, graphics, logo and other elements of the site belong to us or are used with the rights holders’ consent. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent. You may share links to the site’s pages.

8. Liability

We make every effort to keep the site available and working correctly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for damage caused by relying on information on the site instead of a quote or contract, nor for the content of external sites that any links may point to.

Our liability for orders is that set out in the order documents (section 5) and by law.

9. Personal data and cookies

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and cookies in our Cookie Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will first try to resolve any disagreement amicably. If we cannot, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts at the registered office of Graphtec Design SRL.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top. Changes do not affect quotes already accepted or orders in progress.
