The HSG R3 is a fibre laser dedicated to tubes and profiles. A full 6 m bar is loaded whole, rotates automatically under the cutting head and comes out fully machined, in a single setup.

We cut round, square and rectangular tubes, as well as H, I and U structural profiles, with sections up to 300 × 300 mm. The materials we process are steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass.

We carry out cutting to length, cut-outs, holes, assembly notches, bevelled ends for welding and markings, all in a single setup on the tube laser.

Yes. We handle one-off parts and prototypes as well as small series and repeat orders.

Yes. On request, cut parts can move on to welding, grinding or electrostatic powder coating, all at the same site.

Yes. We can cut both flat sheet on our flatbed lasers and tubular profiles, covering every component of your project.

The maximum wall thickness depends on the material and the profile diameter. We confirm feasibility after reviewing your project specifications.

We accept .dwg and .pdf files for review and quotation. For tubular profiles, please include every required operation in the documentation: cut-outs, holes and cutting angles. For other formats, send us a download link.
