Sheet metal processing

Sheet metal
laser cutting

Fibre laser cutting and automatic grinding for steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper sheet: precise parts, ready for use or for the next production stage.

We produce one-off parts, prototypes, small series and recurring batches, with a technical review before every production run.

Parts made to your documentation

We work from your project files and specifications to produce every part to the required geometry, material and thickness.

We cut external and internal contours, holes, cut-outs, slots and technical markings, including on components with complex shapes.

Before production, we review the documentation and the sequence of operations. Where relevant, we flag any details that may affect cutting, material usage or downstream processing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper sheet. Maximum thicknesses vary by material, and feasibility is confirmed based on the alloy, thickness and part geometry.
We laser cut steel sheet up to 20 mm and stainless steel sheet up to 8 mm. The achievable thickness depends on the alloy and the part geometry.
Yes. We handle one-off parts and prototypes as well as small series, pilot batches and repeat orders.
Yes. Parts can be delivered straight after cutting, as a standalone service.
Yes. On request, parts can move on to press brake bending, welding, grinding or electrostatic powder coating.
We need the material, thickness and quantity, plus any requirements for tolerances, finishing or project lead time.
